Terms of Service

All class and workshop bookings must be made in advance through our official website or in-studio. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your easel. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Monthly themed events may have specific pricing tiers which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full studio credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable due to material preparation costs.

Optionburst is a community space. We expect all participants to treat instructors, fellow artists, and studio equipment with respect. Intoxication or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Guests are responsible for cleaning their personal workstation and returning shared tools to their designated places after use.

Artistic creation involves materials that may stain or cause injury if misused. Optionburst Art Studio is not liable for damage to personal clothing or property. While we provide aprons and safety guidance, participants assume all risks associated with the use of paints, solvents, and studio tools. Please notify staff of any allergies before starting.
